We are pleased to recommend Andrei Zborovski and his company, Avrora Inc. We used Avrora extensively in the recent construction of our custom beach front home. For some of the interior features in prominent areas of the new home, we wanted some truly custom woodwork with a bit of a “wow” factor. We gave Andrei some ideas on the look and feel we wanted and worked closely with him in designing a number of large pieces. Major projects included a study with a large wall unit, paneling and beamed ceiling; a bar and wall unit for the main living area; a large wall-to-wall entertainment center for the recreation room; and extensive built-in cabinetry for the master bedroom. In addition, we used Andrei for some major trim work in our foyer and around the front door; a natural wood bar counter top for the island in the kitchen; and some smaller furniture refinishing projects. Andrei has a keen understanding of different woods and wood grains and how a finished product will look. His workmanship is impeccable and characterized by his incredible attention to detail. He is never satisfied with anything that is less than perfect. Visitors to our home are always drawn to his pieces and astonished by both the quality and beauty of his finished work. After our retirement, my wife and I decided that since we would be spending most of our time in Hammock Dunes, a new fresh look was needed for our condo. We decided to go from very traditional Mediterranean to a modern style. Obviously, one of the most critical elements in any decorating style is the cabinet choice. Our decorator introduced us to Andrei Zborovski. To say he is a cabinetmaker is a gross understatement. Andrei is a cabinet designer, fabricator, and a genius with wood. He helped guide us through the entire process of rebuilding our kitchen, living room, and converting a previously unused dining space into a beautiful bar and conversation area. We spent hours with Andrei discussing wood species, selecting the veneers, measuring exactly to our specifications, and creating features we had never considered for cabinets. We are beyond pleased with the meticulous care Andrei took in installing every component of our kitchen, bar and entertainment center and fireplace surround. His eye for perfection is reflected in the finished product. He even finished a ceiling recess with moldings and recessed lighting and then built a custom table in the same oval shape of the recess. He designed another table for our living room incorporating the wood species of the entertainment unit and developed it to accommodate our existing furniture. It’s been over a year since our project was completed, and we’re still thrilled with our new look condo and enjoy the compliments we receive from friends and family.
